We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. If there is any dispute regarding the refund amount, the refund will be based on the merchandise value from the original purchase invoice.
🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
1️⃣ Contact Us: Submit a ticket via your account or email us at services@lanisilks.com. Please include the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
2️⃣ Pack the Item(s): Place the item(s) in their original packaging and securely seal the parcel.
3️⃣ Ship the Package: Drop it off at your local post office.
4️⃣ Processing Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange according to our return conditions.
✅ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition. We do not accept returns for items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
✅ Security Buckle Rule: Do not remove or damage the security buckle attached to the clothing tag—returns are only accepted if this buckle is intact.
✅ Return Authorization Required: Do not send returns without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

❌ Underwear & Accessories (e.g., face masks, eye masks, bras, lingerie)

✅ Promotional Discounts: If you return an item from a promotion (e.g., "Buy More, Save More"), the discount will be recalculated accordingly.
💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to your credit card.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return and refund process.
📦 You are responsible for the returned items until we receive them. Please ensure they are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
📩 We recommend keeping proof of postage in case you need to track your return.
